I'm a novice in purchasing. What should I do after the product batch is completed?

Step 5, Inspection

After the casting is completed, what needs to be inspected, and how?

The most basic inspections are dimensions and material. For dimensions, you can first ask the supplier to provide a sample dimensional report. Most suppliers can provide a spectral analysis report for the material.

Other inspections depend on the specific requirements of the casting, such as tensile strength, surface hardness, and finish.

Step 6, Packaging

Can I have my own unique packaging?

Yes. You can specify your packaging requirements and customize outer packaging with your own logo.

I don't have any special requirements, how should I package it?

If there are no special requirements, we will package it based on our experience and the characteristics of the product. For example, some products need rust prevention, some need protection for the processed surfaces, and some need to be protected from bumps and knocks, etc.

Which mode of transportation to choose?

For heavy cargo, sea freight, air freight, and land freight are available. If time permits, sea freight is the cheapest option.

Generally, a freight forwarder handles the transportation.

Can I ship less than a full container of goods by sea?

Yes, sea freight offers a LCL (Less than Container Load) option, which allows you to combine your cargo with other shipments in one container.

What if I don't know where to start with these steps?

If you find these processes too complicated, or don't know how to proceed, you can use our freight forwarder. You only need to confirm if the price is suitable.
