ADC12 die-cast aluminum enclosures are aluminum housings generally used for outdoor controllers, inverters, sensors, new energy batteries, lights and other electronic drive, control and measuring equipment.
They are usually paired with sealing rings to isolate against external dust and moisture, and protect internal electrical components.
Some internal electrical components generate a lot of heat during working. Our die-cast aluminum enclosures can effectively transfer this heat to the outside, protecting the internal electrical components from being burnout or catching fire due to high temperatures.

Perfect Alignment Between Top and Bottom Enclosure
ADC12 die-cast aluminum enclosures typically consist of two die-cast parts - top enclosure and bottom enclosure.
For large die-cast aluminum enclosures, even slight dimensional deviations or minor deformations between the top and bottom enclosure, can lead to obvious misalignment after assembly.
When designing our die-casting molds, we adopt specific shrinkage rates in the length and width directions of the enclosure to ensure precise forming of the outer contour dimensions.
We also add reinforcing structures at specific locations to prevent warping and deformation. This ensures perfect alignment between the top and bottom enclosures.

Our 1250T cold chamber high-pressure die-casting machine is often used to produce small and medium-sized ADC12 die-cast aluminum enclosures within 550 × 600mm, such as small and medium-sized sensor housings, low-power inverter housings, conventional lamp driver housings, and small controller aluminum housings, which are very cost-effective.
1600T High-Pressure Die Casting Machine (HPDC)
This 1600T die-casting machine has a higher clamping force than the 1250T machine and can produce medium or deep cavity enclosures weighing 3-8 kg, such as outdoor communication sensor housings, medium-power inverter aluminum housings, and conventional new energy battery module housings.
2000T Full-Automated Die Casting Cell
Our 2000T full-automated die-casting cell is ideal for large-sized die-cast aluminum enclosures. It enables large-volume, uninterrupted automated production, with a single worker easily handling thousands of castings per day.
We use this machine to produce high-power photovoltaic inverter housings, energy storage device enclosures, large industrial controller enclosures, and integrated enclosures for new energy batteries.
3000T Full-Automated Die Casting Cell
The 3000T die-casting machine is our foundry's flagship core die-casting equipment, which is very rare in the industry.
It fills the gap in our production capacity for ultra-large or ultra-deep cavity enclosures.
