Multiple Process Inspections
We use Silica sol precision casting process + at least 8 process inspections to ensure stress-relieved, high-strength, one-pieced molded parts:
- Surface inspection of wax patterns
- Material inspection before pouring
- Surface inspection of raw castings before heat treatment

- Castings dimensional inspection
- Surface inspection before delivery

Precise Control of Materials and Properties
We use spectral analysis in front of pouring, and temperature-controlled heat treatment, ensuring both chemical composition and mechanical properties fully comply with customers' requirements.

NDT Test
Our advanced NDT (Non-Destructive Test) equipment and standardized operation procedures ensures no defective parts delivered.


Stable Delivery
We have 10+ automated wax injection machines, annually produce 1800+ tons of precision cast steel parts. For braking components, we can produce 20+ tons per month.
We have automated shell production line, greatly improved production efficiency.

High Precision
Our casting accuracy can reach CT6, surface roughness Ra≤3.2μm. Machining allowance only 0.5~1.0mm, 70% less than sand casting 3~5mm, save your machining cost and machining time at least 35%.
