We offer custom production based on customer 2D/3D engineering drawings and also provide reverse engineering services using 3D scanning of physical samples. The hinges are cast as a single, integral unit from standard 304 stainless steel, resulting in a dense internal structure free of seams or joints. They offer high tensile strength and excellent rust and corrosion resistance. The cast surfaces are smooth and clean, eliminating the need for extensive secondary polishing. What does the complete production process look like?

  • Wax Injection & Tree Assembly: Inject high-precision wax patterns and assemble them into a cluster according to hinge specifications.
  •  Shell Making & Dewaxing: Coat wax patterns with refractory slurry and melt out the wax at high temperatures to form a hollow casting mold.
  •  Vacuum Melting & Casting: Melt 304 stainless steel at high temperatures and cast under vacuum to minimize internal defects.
  • Shell Removal & Shot Blasting: Remove the refractory mold shell and shot-blast the casting surface to eliminate oxide scale.
  • CNC Precision Machining: Drill and tap pin holes; mill mounting surfaces.
  • Surface Treatment: Polish, brush, sandblast, or passivate according to customer requirements.
  • Corrosion Resistance & Performance Testing: Salt spray testing, load-bearing testing, and opening/closing durability testing.
