Working Principle

 

Blow bars are securely fixed to the rotor and rotate at high speed. They violently strike incoming stone and hurl materials against the impact liners inside the crusher chamber. Rebounded rocks collide with blow bars repeatedly, undergoing continuous impact fragmentation to form qualified sand and gravel aggregates.

 

Customizable in Various Shapes

 

Straight impact crusher blow bar
  • Rectangle long straight bar: Simple structure, easy to cast; Single-sided wear.
  • Curved: Arc outline outside, and straight line inner side, fan-shapped; arc working surface has bigger contacting area, uniform wear, and high crushing efficiency. It is more used on european PFW, NP series crushers
  • T-shape: Wider wear-resistant surface, excellent impact resistance, both sides are workable. T-shape blow bars are suitable for large, hard rock, heavy-duty impact crushers.
  • H-shape: wider at two ends, and thinner  at the middle, light weight with enough strength. H-shape blow bars are designed for high-speed, concrete recycling, soft or medium hard material impact crushers.
  • Axe-shape: Blow bar looks like an axe, wide and thick on the top. Axe-shape blow bar has a strong feeding capacity, and high impact toughness, is ideal for impact crushers that handling large size, hard rocks.
