A: We do heat treatment and simple CNC machining(milling, drilling, boring...) in our factory, do complex CNC machining(4-axis machining, 5-axis machining & high precision machining) by outsourcing

A: Yes. Our customizable nozzle types cover swirl nozzles, straight-flow nozzles, atomizing nozzles, tundish nozzles and stopper nozzles. We can adjust internal runner structures to meet different spraying, atomizing and medium conveying demands.
Q: How long is the service life of your heat resistant casting nozzles?
A: Service life depends on working temperature and medium corrosiveness. Under standard 900–1150℃ stable operation, our nozzles have 2–3 times longer service life than ordinary carbon steel cast nozzles, effectively reducing your replacement and maintenance costs.
