ADC12 (Die Casting)
ADC12 is the most commonly used material for die-cast explosion-proof distribution boxes. It can be used to cast complex box structures, and the ribs and screw posts can be cast very well. It has a beautiful surface and looks great after powder coating.

YL02 (Die Casting)
This material is characterized by not containing copper and zinc, having better corrosion resistance than ADC12, and good airtightness. However, its strength is slightly weaker. This material is chosen when high corrosion resistance is required but strength requirements are not high.

YL104 (Die Casting)
YL04 contains magnesium, and its strength and explosion-proof performance are higher than ADC12. However, die casting is also more difficult than ADC12, resulting in a slightly higher cost. It is mainly used for IIC high-level explosion-proof boxes.

ZL02 (Gravity Die Casting)
This material is relatively soft but has high corrosion resistance. Generally used only for large-size, low-pressure, non-high-risk explosion-proof boxes.

ZL04 (Gravity Die Casting)
ZL04 has the advantages of being comparable to YL104, with high toughness and high strength. It is the most commonly used material for recast aluminum alloy explosion-proof boxes.
